We contact the student and/or their sending organisation to confirm details of the professional profile. Students submit their CVs, and IBD Group arranges the most suitable work placements accordingly.

Yes. In some sectors, UK legislation requires background or security checks. IBD Group coordinates the process and ensures all required documents are collected in collaboration with the sending organisation.

At least two weeks prior to arrival, students receive a detailed programme including:

  • Work placement information
  • Accommodation details
  • Welcome and arrival procedures
  • Dress code guidelines
  • Relevant contact information

Yes. If needed, we arrange an airport transfer. A team member will meet the students and escort them to their accommodation.

  • A UK SIM card
  • A city tour at the beginning of the project

Within the first couple of days, our team introduces students to their host company or organisation. A staff member accompanies each student and shows them the public transport route from their accommodation to the workplace.

If required, students begin their English language course within the first few days of arrival.

IBD Group conducts regular monitoring and evaluation visits to ensure students are settling in well. Cultural events, professional visits, and seminars may also be organised depending on the programme.

At the end of the project, students receive:

  • A Europass certificate
  • A language course certificate (if applicable)
  • A final evaluation form
  • Information and assistance for departure
  • Airport transfer, if required
